The Beacon Center
The Beacon Center aims to serve the most vulnerable, marginalized individuals and families who live below the poverty line and above in West Montgomery. Five Horizons will provide the following services:
- HIV testing & treatment
- PrEP Navigation and Clinical Services
- STI testing and treatment
- Primary Care
- Case Management/ Social Services
- Behavioral Health
- Sexual Health Education and Risk Reduction Counseling
